The more we exert pressure with our treating hand, the less we feel.
We need to feel. It’s a two way street. A dance. Both efferent AND afferent. The non-treating hand should facilitate the load so that the treating hand can sense both the load and the tissue response.

Coobs, Cubsy, Cooby, Heffe...
Hockey nicknames seem to be the sport's version of terms of endearment. Those fortunate enough to work/have worked in that environment can attest to the special bond within the family. Perhaps we can migrate this tradition into the workplace? To reveal, or make light to, that which is already there.
Discovery - the merging or by product of two or more concepts. In contrast to the common (mis)conception of "pulling something out of thin air." Sit with silence.
Silence isn’t just an absence. It’s also a presence. Often business owners and entrepreneurs speak about ”working for someone else” as an impetus for starting their own business. I don't understand this.
One person working “for” another is simply the circle of business. Because an individual working for someone else might be working “for” you. That doesn’t sit right with me. Animals work FOR humans (some may beg to differ). We all work WITH each other. We all work FOR ourselves. We all work FOR each other. It’s semantics, but as a mindset, it matters. …especially if you’re a business owner. Continuing education and life-long learning are more than responsibility. Collectively, it's professional excellence.
There's an alphabet for everything.
The Scapular Pull Up alphabet. The Single Leg Raised Heel alphabet. The Neck CARs alphabet. And the list goes on... *note: Once can use numbers (e.g. 1-10) as a regression or a starting point. Early in the game, think following over followers. While the focus is often on the latter, it should be on the former. Remember, breadth and depth. Worry little about the ratio, as it is nothing other than limiting and narrow minded...today, and for one's future.
Confidence is attractive. Not in a relationship or dating kind of way, although I do believe this is the case.
But in a diagnostic, therapeutic, coaching and teaching kind of way, yes, I believe confidence is attractive. Confidence in each of the above will attract trust and attention. It will enhance the relationship, whatever form that may take. Of course, it is important to not confuse confidence with cockiness. Because confidence will admit uncertainty when uncertainty exists. You don't always have to intervene. Simply withholding the desire to cure and/or modify, and instead, observe, enables the mind to wander and potentially think of things not initially considered.
