⏩PERFECTIONISM⏪

"Perfectionism is an insecure, and fear-driven way to live. It is exhausting and stressful – as you are continually comparing your current reality with a made-up perfect version of yourself..." pic.twitter.com/5wqSmjuh3c

I'm curious, does procrastination lie somewhere within perfectionism as well?

GV talks about clouds and dirt. Perhaps too much time spent in the clouds relative to the dirt.

I also wonder if hope lies within as well.

Hope may be a manifestation of fear or lack of confidence. But fighting through friction and doing the work may be the best recipe.

Someone stated earlier this week, "training enables you to be brave."

Steven Pressfield's "Do The Work" may be timely for some.
