Kettlebells and Overhead Athletes

Here is a short little circuit that can be used with overhead athletes.
This circuit can be used by almost everyone, as I use this with general patients as well, but the key thing is to pay utmost attention to form.
The exercises shown in this video are:
  • Bottoms Up Kettlebell Screwdriver for cuff stability
  • Bottoms Up Kettlebell Armbar for cuff stability with scapulothoracic mobility
  • Kettlebell Armbar for scapulothoracic mobility
  • 1/4 Turkish Getup for scapulothoracic mobility and stability


  •  
*Note that for the "Getup", I'll always get them to perform the movement slower and post on the elbow but unfortunately I didn't get it on video.
