Here’s a little insight into how I keep up to date with the latest and the greatest.
Currently, I use Bloglines to keep up to date with the newest published literature but for the fun stuff, I use the old fashioned bookmark. The reason for this is that some of the sites I follow aren’t RSS feed compatible and therefore, I didn’t want to leave anybody out.
I follow over 40 blogs but with a busy practice, the ones that get the most visits from my computer (in between patients) would have to be the following:
When I get home, on the other hand, is when I catch up on all the others. These I’ll post on a later date.
A simple way to follow your favorites is via RSS feeds. Have a look below, I found it on Evidence Based Massage Therapy Resources
Don’t forget to add yours truly to your favorites!

Oh… and there is someone else.. hmmm… your stuff is pretty good too!
The #1 for me though isn’t just the reading or “following,” it is really the connection, relationship and conversation that happens. People get gold stars from me when they respond and interact.
Definitely not spam… I don’t come in a can either!
